Sun-Dried Figs — Sarılop (Calimyrna)
Origin Story

The Sarılop fig — known abroad as Calimyrna — ripens in the Büyük Menderes valley of Aydın, where figs have been grown and sun-dried for millennia. Fruit is left to mature on the tree, falls naturally, and is dried under the open sun: no additives, the old way.
